What is your warranty policy?
All Alpha Works Audio products come with a 12-month warranty covering technical defects (battery issues, structural faults, Bluetooth/connectivity problems, electrical leakage, etc.) that are not caused by user damage.

Do you offer a 1-to-1 replacement?
Yes. We offer a 1-to-1 exchange within 30 days for any manufacturer-confirmed defects. This includes issues like battery failure, connectivity errors, and factory-related malfunctions. All exchanges must be approved by our warranty team.

What isn’t covered by warranty?
 Physical damage caused by drops or impact Water/moisture damage unless the product is rated as waterproof Tampering or unauthorized repairs Damage due to misuse or improper storage
